Staying home is the best way to combat the coronavirus spread, but remaining indoors for extended periods could lead to skin damage.

Many people are self-isolating or quarantined because of the coronavirus, meaning they’re not going outside much.

And even if you’re just practicing social distancing, it’s likely you’re spending a lot less time outdoors.

Although they’re in the best interest of public health, all of these home remedies for glowing skin can lead to unintended skin damage if not cared for properly.

One Of The Most Significant Issues Can Be

>> Dehydration

You’ve probably already been dealing with dry hands as a result of washing them more frequently, but that dryness could impact the skin on your face as well.

Overwashing your face can strip it of its natural oil and sebum necessary for hydration of the skin.

My skin is extremely dry and always dehydrated! And you can say I have too much experience in this field. My favorite ingredients to look for in products are:

  • Niacinamide
  • Hydrochloric acid
  • Glycolic Acid.
  • Aloe Vera
  • Green tea
  • Petrolatum

And the absolute best thing about these products is that these are incredibly beneficial for any type of skin whether its oily, dry or even combination

There’s a myth in the beauty that your routine needs to be miles-long to work effectively. In truth, most dermatologists say that you only really only need four products to have a productive skincare regimen: a cleanser, a serum, a moisturizer, and an SPF.

Try Your Best Not To Touch Your Face

Touching your face with unwashed hands is one of the easiest ways to spread the coronavirus, but that’s not the only reason you should try to keep your fingers away from your face.

Touching your face can cause inflammation and even more breakouts. So, abstain from touching your face.

Taking care of your skin is not a luxury or lush; it is an essential thing. It’s also a way of pampering yourself. Although it is excellent to do DIYs and home remedies for glowing skinit is advised that if any of the treatments cause irritation, inflammation, or allergy, visit a dermatologist and even before do a patch test to see it works for you or not. It is always recommended to visit a doctor for skin problems rather than experimenting.
